9 Easy Keto Snacks When You're on the Go

When you’re on a keto diet, there are some things that you need to cut out from your old lifestyle.

You are probably going to need to cut out most of what you were eating before. All of your eating habits are going to change in some way.

Because of this change in your eating habits, you are more than likely going to stop snacking. Most of the foods we love to snack on are nowhere near keto friendly. That is a hard pill to swallow.

However, if you are one of those people that love to snack on something throughout the day but you’re restricted because of the keto diet, don’t panic. There are plenty of keto snacks out there that will allow you to stay on the diet and keep up with your macros.

Also, if you’re a person that is always on the move, you may not have time to go home and whip up a decent meal. Your only option is to snack on something, but you need the proper options if you want to stick to the ketogenic diet.

9 Easy Keto Snacks When You're on the Go

Baked Keto Cheddar Parmesan Crisps

I used this recipe as a basic method for making cheese crisps but, I varied the ingredient and experimented with a few different combinations. My favorites were cheddar and thin jalapeño slices, mozzarella with minced Canadian Bacon (Just add minced pineapple and it would taste like Hawaiian pizza.), mozzarella and Parmesan with minced garlic (amazing!)
